In LD21, our total population is 244,412.

Of those, 155,168 are eligible to vote.

Our district is majority-minority. 60.5% of residents are Hispanic or Latino. Of everyone in our district allowed to vote, 50% are Hispanic.

Our district leans Democratic. In the 2020 Presidential Election, 64.58% of voters in what is now LD21 voted for Joe Biden.

Median household income in LD21 is $54,159. 20.1% of people in LD21 are living below the federal poverty threshold.

Where we are

LD21 includes a southeastern portion of Tucson and most of Sahuarita in Pima County.  Western and Southern areas of Santa Cruz County, including Nogales, Rio Rico, and Tubac, are in the district, as well as Naco and Bisbee in Cochise County.
